Hoag is a nonprofit, regional healthcare delivery system headquartered in Orange County, California. Founded in 1952, it operates as a faith-based hospital network with a commitment to clinical excellence and holds Magnet designation for exceptional nursing care.
The system comprises two award-winning acute-care hospitals, 18 urgent care facilities, and 13 health and wellness centers. Specialized clinical services are provided through seven institutes covering cancer, digestive health, heart and vascular, neurosciences, spine, women's health, and orthopedics. The affiliated Hoag Orthopedic Institute further extends its orthopedic capabilities.
Hoag's network includes approximately 1,800 physicians and serves nearly 30,000 inpatients and 350,000 outpatients annually.
